Watch lovers seem to be starting to tag Tweets with #watches, although not widespread.
For Twitter newbies, hashtags are tags created by the use of "#" before a term. For example as of this posting, #news gets about 1000 tags a day but #watches only a few. Let's have more #watches posts!
You can use the search in the Twitter sidebar to find tweets with the hashtag you are interested in. This is handy for #watches since not every post with the word "watches" in it is about watches, obviously, since it's a common English word. A post tagged #watches definitely should be about watches.
Other cool sites related to Twitter hashtags are http://www.hashtweeps.com/ which allows you to search for users that are using a particular tag, and especially hashtags.org which not only shows all related hashtags when you search, but shows a nice graph with trends.
